• Finding Tutors: Students can search for tutors based on location, subject, and expertise.

• Finding Students: Tutors can connect with students looking for tuition services.

• Buying & Selling Used Books: Users can list educational books for sale or purchase from other users.

• Educational Blog Access: Users can read and engage with various educational blog posts.

4. User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

• Users must not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activities.

• Users must respect other members and avoid abusive language or behavior.

• Users are responsible for any interactions and agreements made with other users on the platform.

• Users must not share or disclose sensitive information to third parties.

5. Payment and Transactions

• TuitionApp does not process direct payments between tutors and students.

• Users must ensure they engage in safe payment practices when dealing with other users.

• TuitionApp is not responsible for any financial disputes arising from transactions between users.

6. Content Ownership and Use

• Users retain ownership of the content they post but grant TuitionApp a license to display, distribute, and promote it within the platform.

• Users must not post copyrighted, offensive, or illegal content.

• TuitionApp reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Post false or misleading information.

• Use the platform for illegal activities.

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.

• Attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt the platform.

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without permission.

8. Termination of Account

• TuitionApp reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if they violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

• TuitionApp is a platform for connecting users and is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from user interactions.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of tutors, students, or book listings on the platform.
