I use students to their positive reinforcement techniques to encourage, motivate, or build confidence in students. Provide private instruction to individual or small groups of students to improve academic performance, improve occupational skills, or prepare for academic or occupational tests. Review class material with students by discussing the text, working solutions to problems, or reviewing worksheets or other assignments. Collaborate with students, parents, or counselors to determine student needs, develop tutoring plans, or assess student progress. Developed a good relationship with families and school counselors. This was necessary for planning the students goals and curriculum for the time period involved, some for an entire year. Provides a group of students or individual ones with assistance in weak areas in an academic setting responsible for ensuring that their wards are helped specifically in the subjects that they need most assistance in and that they score well in subsequent exams. Assist in reviewing class material, discussing school text, predicting test questions, formulating ideas for papers, or working on solutions to problems.
